Dave Rizzo | President Asia Pacific

Meet Dave, the Chief Executive of Teleperformance "TP" in Asia Pacific. With over 23 years of experience in the customer experience management industry, including 20 years with Teleperformance and 18 years in Asia, he is one of the region's most seasoned industry executives. Dave played a key role in establishing the company's Philippines offshore footprint in 2003 and has since spearheaded its growth as the premier customer experience management organization in the country, employing over 45,000 people.

Andy Rangel | Chief Customer Officer-Multilingual Hubs APAC

Andy has over 20 years of BPO experience in Operations, Business Development, and Client Services across North America, Latam and APAC. With a strong focus on improving customer experience, he has established deep relationships with clients across multiple verticals and delivered process improvements. Andy specializes in digital transformation, work-at-home, CX optimization, client relationship management, and multi-lingual/multi-geo support, among others. His expertise includes P&L, turnaround leadership, and contract negotiations.

He possesses demonstrable leadership skills in managing complex business challenges, maintaining customer and partner relationships, making high-stake decisions, and adopting a culture of team development and capability building.

Michael Costevec | Chief of Staff- Multilingual Hubs APAC

Michael is a highly motivated team player who supports Contact Center Executives. As a leader in TP Malaysia, he contributed to growing our APAC Multilingual Hub and Cloud Campus exponentially, building a world-class recruiting COE and helping clients succeed with digital customer interactions in over 25 languages. Michael holds COPC and Lean 6 Sigma certifications and specializes in consultation and transformation.

Michael loves to travel and run. He has completed several Spartan Races, Trails, and Marathons, and has run over 30,000 kilometers.

With expertise in Learning Design, Operations, Customer Relations Management, and Process Improvement, Sarah has supported a variety of industries including Travel, FinTech, Trust & Safety, Gaming, Transport, Telecommunications, and eCommerce.
